If the trust bearing is a 3 piece,2 shells and 4 half moons for the trust part, Then a guy can machine new half moons out of a piece of thick wall brass tubing to fit the crank.
I have done this on a couple of occasions where the wear was out of specs.
It could be done on a 1 piece brg to,but takes more work,cause the 1/2 moons need to be doweled in place in the block and the shells need to be modefied as well.
