Yes- that 2nd relay is the current regulating relay. To tell 'em apart, the current relay coil's wound with a few turns of heavy wire - the voltage relay has many turns of fine wire... You can adjust the current relay similar to the voltage relay, but you need to be careful. Set it too high and you'll burn up the generator. Best way to insert known good ammeter between the generator armature terminal and the regulator. Run the engine at max RPM and load up the system by turning on lights, adding external electrical load, etc. Now adjust the current relay until the current on the inserted ammeter matches the rating on the generator. (Note: Generator current rating may be hard to find. Sometimes it's marked on the regulator. More likely you'll need to consult a shop manual however.)
