Larry- You'll probably get more informed answers than mine, but I would think Saturday would be the best overall. Harvesting should still be going on, and tillage in full swing, although last time we plowed late on Sunday. I would definately spend at least a full day, if not more. I plan on being there all weekend, but can't be there through the week. Bring your tractor and have some fun!
