it sounds like the slave cylinder on the power steering, its in about that area, youll have to determine if its the steel tube itself or the steel line thats leaking, [ clean it up, start the tractor and watch it] if its the line, take it off both ends and take it with you to a good car parts store it should be one of the brake line sizes, youll have to bend it yourself with a tubing bender,if its the cylinder itself it will need to be replaced or rebuilt if possible,
