Obviously, as stated by others, there is a compatibility problem. Something is causing an out gasing. If you have an area that does not have primer yet applied, try just the top coat. This will isolate the problem to primer or pre existing base coat. Look on the can for a 1-800 number and call the manufacturer for their thoughts. Good luck.
