Why don't you go to Walmart and put in an application and find out what there wage scale and benefit package actually is. You will find out that the wages start quite a bit above minimum and will go up after you prove that you can come to work on time, follow directions and be there when needed rather than when you would like to show up. Regardless what you hear in the media in off the cuff remarks they do pay benefits. But hey, never let facts distroy a bad opinion of someone or some company.
