Serviced the wifes Chev Equinox today. Changed the air filter and the new Fram filter said "made in Israel" I don't remember what I paid for it as I bought it a while ago but even if it cost 10 bucks how the hell can they get the paper from who knows where because they don't have trees in the desert and then even if they paid there workers nothing they can send it way over to the coast and then we truck it to Mn. all for 10 bucks. I might add that it was poorly made as well almost to the point I was gowing to blow the old one out to use and take new one back. The rippled paper was smashed in a couple places and the rubber gasket was kinked but I was able to get it in with no leaks.
