I'll tell you what. Been cuttin trees for years, and that was a close one. The first one ever of those. Stumbled backwards over something, fell on my keister and back, felt the chainsaw grab my jeans, got jabbed in the back of the neck by a sappling stub. At least the finger came off the throttle on my way down and I had the saw in both hands as it was winding down. I need to thank God for that tonight. I should've done it last night. That was a close one, he could've let me go but didn't. You should see those jeans. They sure got tore to bits. I don't know how I didn't, but am thankful.
