At house Neutral Buss and Equipment Ground Busses are bonded,,,,,,,,Neutral is bonded to Mother earth at house (EITHER up on weatherhead riser orrrrrrrrr in side meter base orrrrrrrrrrr inside the panel however local authorities do it),,,,,,,,,out at the bran sub panel Neutral and Equipment Ground ARE NOT RE BONDED,,,,,,,,,Outbuilding needs a bond to mother earth,,,,,,,,,,,all non current carrying metal enclosures n junction boxes and light fixture housings etc etc are bonded to the Equipment ground
