What gripes me about Sears auto is the way they live and die by their computer inventory. I spent 2 hours walking a shopping mall with 2 kids 2&4 yrs old only to find out they did'nt have 4 tires like they thought. The next time I bought tires I asked the "Sales ASSociate" to go see if they had the tires, He grumbled that the comp. said they had them. I told him if he wanted to sell them he would go check. He came back and apoligised because they didn't have them. I have since bought 2 sets of tires from him, and he allways checks now.
