Joe, I think he was trying to advise what could happen if he did that, just like warnings on drills, grinder blades, Jacks, and such. I didnt see him saying he should do that. Kids can be risk takers and fun to kids is fun, even some adults. If they are gonna make a cart like this and some one knows what they can do to do it, as safe as possible, then they should share that info.
