Last summer here in Virginia we had a guy die because of a 4" grinder. He was grinding a weld the wheel broke and a piece hit him in the throat. It penetrated his windpipe, nothing really bad except he was having a really hard time breathing so he tried to do a traceotomy on himself. When he tried to cut into his windpipe to put in a pipe he cut his jugglar and was dead in seconds. You have to be really careful with grinders.
