its been a while since ive worked on one and i dont have a book handy,seems to me you have taken to many bolts out of the rear section and not enough from the entire pto unit.the unit should come out as a complete unit from the rear axle housing.look below the pto and above the drawbar.there should be 2 bolts about 1 1/2 inches long holding the bottom of the unit.the unit needs to be lifted and tilted as it is remove to clear the oil p/u tube
