Steve, you didn't say what year it is, some of the early tractors have a cork float that gets saturated & become heavy & allow the carb to pass gasoline into the crankcase. Those cork floats should be replaced with brass ones. The DLTX carbs on the B are pretty easy to rebuild as long as they run good. Parts, info & how-to tape are available at "Roberts Carb" see link below. Any chance you are from Michigan as I used to work with a Steve Lohr years ago?
