We just finished up first cutting and have 1400 bales in the barn. Not bad for an old fart and a 51 year old baler. I did break a couple knots, it pulled that no knot and string 6 inches shorter than the other thing ????
But boy am I woop'd. None of the three guys I line up to help showed. Thank the Good Lord my boy was home on leave. The two of us put up the last 450 tonight by ourselves.
We just back the last wagon in the barn and we're calling it quits. I hope to have some pics posted soon, given he going to go play in the sand for the next year I had the wife bring out the camera.
