Kinda stealing your thread a little (not at all unusual); played poker once a week with a group of guys for 12 years; 'bout half of us were woodworkers and most were well past middle-age. We thought it'd be cool to build our own casket(s) and use them for a coffee table or storage chest until we died, at which time they'd be used appropriately. We'd already started looking at plans 'til someone mentioned it to his wife. THAT ENDED THAT. Some of the guys are still playing together, but drinking and smoking (which wasn't a problem for better than 10 years) ran the rest of us off.........
