choices for 25 35 HP

I will be looking for a tractor this spring or late
winter and was wonder what to look for.
I have 40 acres of land in northern AZ.
I will use it for things like roads, rock moving,
grading, backhoeing pulling a wagon and a
couple acres of tilling, if I can build up enough
spit to grow anything.
I have used my fatherinlaws 53 jubalee and
liked that type of tractor but I was wandering if
there are any other tractors similar to that I
could look for, there arent too many tractors in
AZ. For around 3000.00
