Actually the brake life depends a lot on the driver and the type of traffic that you are in. If you drive your vehicle say 25 miles to work for a round trip of 50 miles and your roads allow you to only brake lightly a few times for the trip, brake wear is fabulous Now if you live in the city like my daughter does and you accelerate out then brake hard for the next light or a car pulling out in front of you and do that fifty times in a trip the brakes get a workout
