I know some people work fast,but how was he able to go look at the house and land,talk to the owners,set a sale date,work out the terms,draw up a contract,type out the ads,get the auction set up,close the sale,finish up the paperwork,do hids deposits, and do a settlement with the seller in 20 minutes??? Don't get me wrong I wasn't there,but doing all that needs done to sell the house and land in 20 minutes semms awful fast,and I think that is what he got the $11,000.00 for.
