Sorry to say this but they never made a 9N in 1943. Last year of a 9N was 1942 and in 1942 they started making the 2N. If you and no I will not do it for you. Any how look on the left of this page under research and info then serial numbers then ford then 9N/2N and see where your numbers fit. I can tell you that yes it is either a 9N or 2N because the serial numbers on both start with 9N both have 3 speed trannys and both are gray. I'll teach you how to find what you want but will not tell yoiu it is the fish thing as in teach a mna to fish and feed hiome for a life time thing
