I saw an aid on the internet somewhere for a mower like you are talking about by the name of Befco. You might search and find it. Hope this helps.
P. S. Sicklebars are out of favor now with the real farmers (breaks down alot and slow), you should be able to find one cheap. Some years ago when I moved to the city, I loaned my 7' AC mower to someone, but can't remember who. Now that I'm moving back, I kind of want another one, so I may start looking too.
