Had the same problem with my Epson printer $ 28 US for an ink cartridge. Our little Home town computer shop sells HIGH PERFORMANCE( thats the brand name) made in China cartridges That look and work like the original and cost$6.95 US. Have used a half dozen of them in the last year with no problems. Check the discount stores, they have a yellow,blue and red box.
