You most likely have a valve stuck or a bent push rod possibly. I am unfamiliar with this engine, if this an overhead valve engine remove the valve cover and you should be able to tell what is happening in the bad cylinders valve area. You did not state if the engine would run. I don't suggest you run it but if you already have did it make an odd muffled pop sound? This would indicate a broken valve spring or a bent pushrod. The rest of the compression readings are OK and as soon as you isolate the reason #3 is not sealing off your problem will be fixed. If the tractor was running OK when you parked it, the fix should be minor. Advise your findings.
