Way too much. I did a complete resoration of a Farmall SC that was running, but smoked. I bought a Farmall C for $100 for parts too. Total amount of $'s in the tractor and the restoration, well over $8000. As I said at the first, way too much.
I have also done complete restorations of two Ford 8N's, a Ford 851, a Moline UT, and am curently working on a Moline G-VI. I do not keep cost records anymore.

In July of 1998 I was talking to fellow Allis Chalmers collector Mike Schilling about the annual "Gathering of The Orange" AC show coming up in August of 1999.
