Nancy, I have had great luck with the 7.3. 130 is pretty average miles for an 8 yr old truck. The two I still have both are over 200. One is our shop truck, the other is either hooked to the 28ft gooseneck, 32 ft horse trailer, or the skid loader trailer. The thing you have to remember is a diesel is a diesel, if you do have to have major motor work they can cost. The trans in those is the same in the super duty whether diesel or gas.
