Mike, some of the small time racers are faced with the same problem. Many of them pull with MDTs and have them registered as motorhomes. The ones that I know doing this have a sleeper cab at minimum. Most have the 10' box with shower and potty, also.
On the insurance liability limits think about your ability to pay a couple million award if you some how cause the demise of a young father or high paid professional. Accidents do happen. A victim's family will have everything you have worked for. Umbrella policies are not expensive. No, I am not in the insurance business. fwiw, ray
