I have heard many stories about little known laws that the DOT can use, like metal stems, gas line not off the ground by 8 inches, DOT chains and binders etc. I have towed a few tractors but would like to know about the current laws before i end up paying. I just found out about the DOT chains there goes anther 150.00. So any info or even stories about your bad experiences that may save me a fine i would like to here. I only tow on Sunday night in the rain......
