We have just had spotty shower scatter over Oklahoma. They keep showers in forcast. We are pumping water on second cutting Alfalfa. It is about eight inches tall. If we listen to the forcast and not pump it will not rain and it will hurt the yield. It is on light ground so really doe not hurt with extra water. Apply ferlizer through irrigation after each cutting so it does not get away. gitrib
