I hear ya. I had a trailer for sale for $3500 once. Guy came by to see it one afternoon, said it was just what they wanted, and had $3000 in cash and would take it for 3 grand in cash right then. I told him the sale price was $3500 and I had another guy driving 200 miles tomorrow and he didnt' seem to be worried about the cost. Told him 3500 or wait to see what I can sell it for. Then he just got mad and starting cussing me out for not taking is 3 grand and left. I sold it the next day for the 3500. I have priced it to sell anyway.
