Tractor Accident - Child Killed !

This afternoon 9/8/2000 , a neighbor of mine was digging post holes with his with his newly aquired tractor to build a pipe fence around his home , well everybody knows how dry it's been here in Texas this summer , the ground is hard ! A 13 year-old girl was helping push down on the digger and was killed ! I don't know many details as of yet. I don't know how experinced operator he was but he has only had the tractor about 45 days.
We all make mistakes but these diggers can mame and KILL !!!!! AND BY ALL MEANS KEEP KIDS AWAY !!!
