My 1010 was pastured for 7 years and 10 months ago I bought it and began working on it. The hydralics have been a nightmare, especially finding the correct Aux valve assembly for the loader. I have finally decided to get an after market valve assembly to get it going. The JD part was $1200.00 new or 1/2 that if I got the old rebuilt, but mine was not rebuildable. The after market valve assembly was $166.00. I will need to change hose sizes and make a mounting bracket to make the change. JD parts are overpriced and overrated in my opinion. I recommend buying other than JD if the aux valve assembly needs rebuilding. I was told the 1010 is notorious for hyd. pump problems also. Mine was rebuilt for the 2nd time.
