I know what you mean. I put in 21 years in a similar, although smaller, company. I was the manager of one of the stores for the last 8 years. About 2 years ago The company changed ownership. I watched them make the sort of changes you describe. Finally I couldn't stand any more. I now work in the Parts Dept. of our local JD dealership. It seems to be a trend among the farm store chains.
