Bought some of those "cats-eye" balloons years ago- they seemed to help, but blew away. Put up some CD discs- they rotate in the wind and the shimmer can scare birds away, but early ones broke the string, so son put them up with wire- they don"t swing much in the wind...maybe better to tie them with fishing line? Shotgun vs birds is ok, but tough on the roof!
