Yeah, AGWAY did the same thing and now they're out of the retail altogether, I believe they sold it to Southern States, or independent operators. And with the so called yuppie stuff the Agway's and QFC's can't compete with the Home Depot types. Agway to me seems to be mismanaged, they run it like an old boy network and when the competition gets rough they bail out, power equipemnt, refineries, petroleum and now retail.
