I've had my '01 F350 (ex. cab, long box, V10, manual) for 6 months now. Very happy with it, although I don't do a lot of driving. About 180,000 on it, good oil pressure, doens't use any oil, good power, about 16 m.p.g. highway, averaging 13 for my normal driving (loaded, empty, light towing). Figure thats pretty decent considering the power. There's a Ford truck site... lots of V10 fans there... some over 300,000 and counting. Fordtruckenthusists.com or something like that.
