For Resto of Tractors and Equipment I use Rust-o-leum Products,have for 40 years,see no reason to stop now.Clear Coat is a method of bringing out the "Color" of a Primary Paint that has been properly sanded and buffed out.Ask "Glennster",he can answer your question if any one can.
