15-30 year model?

I have a 15-30 International Harvester in the weeds....got the serial number today it is TG125646M....tractor is complete...missing a mag and cowling....on steel wheels and has fenders and of course engine seized.....wondering what year this tractor is and are parts available....is this model desirable and worth the effort restoring....think the carb is there but who knows what shape it was in when my granddad parked in under the tree in the 40's I would guess....
