There should be another number stamped aft of the starter with those other two. This is the Unit number which dates the tractor to it's production shift. I'm guessing yours is a 66 because it was #40333 off the line at Highland Park during thousand series production. That would put it somewhere in probably the first quarter of '66.
The other number you gave is the model number except you probably have an F confused with a 3 or something numerical... or they may ahve stamped it wrong. Anyhow, it doesn't look right for a model number.
UNIT numbers decode as year, month, day, shift where 6C22B would mean 22nd March, 1966 on the day shift.... The first number for the year just kept rolling with the calender year and they continued that format until the late 90's at least.
