Tractorvet has a real good idea on that relief valve. It is directly under your seat and can be accessed without pulling anything apart. There is a large bolt (actually a plug) on top of it, remove the plug then use long nose to pull the valve out and look at it. You said hydraulics - I assume you mean the lift is out and you still have power steering?
