I would bet there are some teflon rings that need replaced under the lid to the transmission That will not hold if you try to reuse them. Sounds like that is what someone tried to get away with. It could also be o-rings between the lines and the SCV's under the seat. The valves just stack up next to each other and there are o-rings between them too. Pull the seat then there are three bolts to get the valves off after removing the lines on top.
