i do know this drug "war" in the u.s. has been a failure. there are millions of non violent users in prison ,the kings pins are free and still selling it here . high schoolers i know say they can get any drug they want .so based on that,the drug war has failed. its stupid to put a guy in jail for 20-90 years for pot.my grandpa grew hemp during ww2 ,gov sent the seeds.he said you couldnt get high off of hemp .can make alot of usefull items from it...drug war is bankrupting us too.lucas
