I recently pulled a load of E27N Majors through the commercial port at Regway, SK. You will be asked if the tractors/parts are for re sale. If they are not declared for re sale... just agricultural or non re sale use.. they are duty free. An interesting side note... the Customs officer asked what I was planning on doing with the load of rusty iron.... I replied that some would be parted out and scavenged to restore the others. He looked at the load.... looked back at me, went over and looked closer at the tractors on the flatbed from the ground.. returned and said "Do you have anything better to do with your time?" and bid us a safe trip back into the U.S.A.
