Thorn Proof Airplane Tires For Tractors?

Gensco Aircraft Tires in Houston sells used 16 and 18 ply airplane tires for use on tractors. Claim they are thorn proof and out last regular tires three to one. Anybody have any experience with these? Do you think they would work? You guys in Texas use them? Do you use sealent with them? Tube or tubeless? Thanks for any and all info. Roger
