You should be able to unbolt the rear axles just inside the brake back plate. Remove axles and if they don't already have sure seals on them. Simply take a grease gun and needle and pump as much grease into and around bearing. Then install what is called Sure Seals (SS-92) and reinstall axles. Using this type of seals you won't have to remove sweat collar and press off bearing to get to the old style outer seal.
