Mark, I would think that repairing antique tractors would be a difficult way to make a living. The antique tractors are mostly a hobby for most owners and as a result have limited resources. Go part time and don't give up the steady income until the business is established. This means working double for you, but is the safest way until you can establish a business in the area.
