nancy, gene was gonna send me some plans for building bluebird houses this spring, but i still dint get em yet. 2 years ago, i planted some birdhouse gourd seeds along the creek, and got a bunch of gourds. my mother in law over winter cleaned em out and spray painted them all kind of crazy colors and we hung em up in the woods by my secret mens club hideaway cabin. couple days later they were all full of wrens !!! goofy little bitty birds. i would of never guessed they'd move into them crazy lookin houses!!!
