I used to send back the applications in their prepaid envelopes. Wrote on them "DO NOT CONTACT AGAIN, FURTHER CONTACTS WILL BE CONSIDERED HARASSMENT" Took a while, but cc offers dropped off dramatically.
Now if I could just get them off my phone. Am tired of those pre-recorded credit card interest calls. And I'm on the "do not call" list.
