IF they had Great Customer Service, they would never go out of business, being busy with just that, I've seen both sides, ones who had the Great Service with no sales, and ones who had POOR Service with Sales, the POOR ones always Fail.
And then you say, (Buy Back and Sell to others???) now that's interesting, think about any Store with Sales, if the product don't sell, let the Product go back to the Supplier for a cash return.
Now what would you do if you sold me a product, and I could not move it or use it, would you buy it back ?????????????
