I went to NAPA for a replacement oil drain plug for my pickup. Lad at counter told me they didn't have them, but could get them for about 5 bucks. I told him that didn't seem quite right, his dad (who ran the place) walked by and kid asked him. His dad said, yeah, for some reason, if you look it up, it's 5 bucks, but if you know you want a 1/2 inch drain plug it's 86 cents. I got the 86 cent one.
