OK, PJ, You "pulled my chain". We can't wait 'till we run out. We must evaluate and develop an energy policy. This nation has none and we have both presidential candidates arguing about trivia instead of important issues. If he is elected you can be sure old ALGORE will preside by executive order, just like slick willy and with his views of the internal combustion engine, look out!! We need to train more scientists and fewer lawyers. Knock some sense of realism into some of these tree huggers. Develop a contingency plan so when opec cuts us off we can stand on our own energy for a while. If we think oil is in short supply now wait 'till the third world countries start driving their "smokemobiles". How much more energy will that require! This country was built on lots of energy. What makes everyone want to come here? What would our lives be like if it were not for lots of available energy? Rethink nuclear 'till we figure out something else. Just ramblin' thoughts. Gotta don my "far suit" and go gas up the tractors. Keep them furrows straight while ya can. ray
